Digital Twin for CPG Brands
This project aims to build an open source digital twin specifically designed to manage the value and supply chain for any CPG brand. It simulates virtual scenarios and has 4 agents (Demand Analyst, Pricing Strategist, Inventory Planner, and Marketing Advisor) taking decisions based on the simulations and streamlining business decisions.
